Should I attend the inspection?
You're welcome to. Many clients join for the last part so we can show them the findings in person. If you can't make it, the report and a follow-up call cover everything.
Can building and pest inspections be combined?
Yes. Most buyers book a combined building and timber pest inspection, covered in a single visit and report.
What happens if my pool fence doesn't pass?
We'll give you a clear list of what needs fixing. Once the work is done, we can re-inspect and issue certification.
Can your reports be used for insurance or strata?
Our repair assessments set out causes, findings and recommended works clearly, so they can be shared with insurers, strata managers or other parties.
